Meet Dr. Douglas Estrada
A calling shaped
by lived experience.
A serious accident and a difficult recovery led Dr. Estrada to explore natural approaches to healing. His experience with a traditional Salvadoran healer became a turning point, inspiring his pursuit of naturopathic medicine.
He graduated from Bastyr University California and established his work in the San Diego area, with a focus on natural and regenerative wellness.
Today, that personal history informs the way he approaches care: with curiosity about the whole person and respect for the story each individual brings.
